Total War: Shogun 2 is the most popular  strategy computer video game developed by The Creative Assembly and published by Sega. It is the most recent installment in the Total War series and proceeds to the 16th-century Japan setting of the first Total War game, Shogun: Total War, after a series of games set principally in Europe. The game was released on 15 March 2011.

Shogun 2 is put in 16th-century feudal Japan, in the consequences of the Ōnin War. The country is cracked into challenger clans led by local warlords, each fighting for control. The game moves away from the European setting of earlier Total War games and returns to the first setting in the Total War series, but making important changes to core gameplay fundamentals of Shogun 2. For example, to reflect the characteristics of East Asian warfare, the game's AI is planned on the principles of Sun Tzu's The Art of War. Also, compared to Empire which spanned almost the whole globe, the new installment focuses only on the islands of Japan (excluding Hokkaido) and on a reduced number of unit types.

Gears of Ware 3 is the third person shooter video games which is developed by Epic games and published by Microsoft Studio. Actually, due to release in  April 2011, the game was delayed and eventually it was released on September 20,2011.

Gears of Wars 3 is the most anticipated  games and it is the installment of the Gears of War series and it is the final game in current story arc.

The science fiction author Karen Traviss has authored four gears novels, wrote the story and he is working for the next one.

Four weapons: one pistol, one set of grenades and two others weapons are carried by the players character. Most weapons feature a secondary fire mode; the game’s signature rifle, the lancer, includes a chansaw bayonet that can be used at close to slice through enemies. The player have an opportunity for an “active reload” if the player reloads a weapons ammunition and it is shown by a small cursor moving over a line with a marked section on the player’s heads-up display(HUD). If the player hits a control button, the cursor is in the marked section, they will reload faster with the resulting reload being slightly more powerful  than normal bullets. Alternatively, the player can select not try to for the active reload, reloading the weapon at normal speed. The player can carry a heavier weapon, such as mortar or gatling gun, which slows their pace whole it is carried. By taking too much damage, the player will become downed, and must be brought to their feet within a short “bleed-out” period, or else the player will die. Some types of damage, such as explosives or head shots, can kill the player immediately without the  bleed-out period. Players can quickly switch between nearby covering walls or jump over lower cover to rush forward.

New to Gears of War 3 is the ability to tag enemy opponents. Players can now also swap weapons and ammunition with other allies in the course of battle. The player earns experience throughout kills, performing special types of kills, reviving and aiding teammates and through general process. Earning levels unlocks the use of special character skins and weapons within the game’s multiplayer mode.
